In Just 20 Minutes A Day, Unclutter Your Home (And Mind)

Let’s face it—some of us have a tough time relaxing. Between navigating rush hour traffic, work deadlines and the kid’s schedules, there’s precious little time to just unwind and calm our cluttered minds.

In my case, juggling an overloaded schedule isn’t the only barrier to my bliss. Something more tangible stands in the way and it’s called the mess that is my office. My desk and credenza are buried under manila folders, magazines and piles of half-used writing pads. It’s time to declare war on the clutter.

Oddly, there’s not much research linking a cluttered home or office to anxiety levels. But anecdotally, there are piles of evidence.
