I love my tub! The assorted seating and jet settings are perfect for someone with chronic pain. The grandchildren visit and enjoy family time. My salt feature is better for my skin.

This hot tub has exceeded all of my expectations! The maintenance is not only easy, but also intuitive and clearly explained by the installation techs. The jets are amazing and the perfect solution for sore, achy muscles!

Worked okay initially I think, then started to go downhill

Bought in summer 2022, got it going and was super nice. Once I got it figured out I noticed the system kept wanting me to change the cartridge which when I clicked to do so it would shut down the pumps (which its suppose to), but would error out and would require a full power cycle at the breaker to get it back going, this wouldn't reset the 4 month timer, so nearly everytime when I use it I have to hit the later button, kinda a pain. Also, recently now only half the lights work and its a giant pain in the rear to access any other part of the spa other than the front control panel. If the lights worked and the cartridge deal wasn't a giant pain its been good so far. Kinda sad though it didn't make it 2 full years without issues.

Awesome tub

Our first tub and first saltwater system. Maintenance is a little overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it it's simple. The IQ system tells you how to do almost anything. Super comfortable for my spouse and me, although we've had two others in the tub comfortably.

Great Hot Tub

This hot tub has been wonderful! We've had the hot tub about 6 months, and I enjoy it so very much. We were told that most people use their hot tub 3 or 4 times a week, I use mine twice a day. I have a bad back and this helps immensely, it helps me get loosened up in the morning without a 20 minute shower. I use it at night to wind down from a long day. It has been a welcomed addition to our home. I couldn't recommend it more highly. It's been an amazing relief for an arthritic old man like me.
