Rated 5 out of 5 by Chris67 from Fantastic Tub We’ve had our Florence tub for about a month and love it. Were using it just about every night and some warnings. My wife and I like the variations in jets and therapies, all my teenage sons enjoy entertaining their friends and all the light features in it. It’s been a great tub so far. The only complaint I have is the water care. While I’m not a chemist, it should be simple just reading the colors of the test strips. Unfortunately, I just can’t get the exact colors to line up or I feel confident. So far the tub remains crystal clear, but I hope to get better at this piece of it. Living in an area with hard well water, I’m still getting very soft readings on the strip. I’m told by the dealer just to look at the pH and keep it within the pH range, but rather feel comfortable if everything was in line. Overall a great tub!
