I would have rated this a 5 if they serviced it. I have been trouble shooting it and called to have it looked at and was advised that they do not! Service this model. I just purchased this in 2022 and got one year out of it due to no one servicing it. Way to advise the purchaser you wont service it, if i would have known this i would have purchased somethi g that they do service.

Great to use after a run or round of golf

We love our spa however we find the operation instructions and programming are not real user friendly. I have been trying to trouble shoot an issue with random and extremely long run times and have not been able to resolve the issue.

I love it more than ever thought I would

This tub surprised me...I have tried many different tubs but this is by far the best for soft water, rejuvenating and strong jets, and easy care. I never get out of tub feeling scum or strong smells, always feel fresh and relaxed. Definitely worth it!

I’ve had this hot tub several months and I love it. Easy to maintain and perfect size for the back porch. It’s my go to every night and I sleep so well with my muscles all warm and relaxed.

Shell

My shell had some pretty good dings/scratches and is peeling off already. But hopefully it is going to be replaced. Love the set up and comfort. The jets seem like they have a little bit of a lag when turning them on or changing settings. But overall i think it is a very nice looking and comfortable tub. I also have it hooked up with just a regular plug in so it cannot heat and run jets at the same time so i do lose quite a bit of heat during use. Hopefully i can get it wired up 220 eventually and not have that trouble.

Never Knew How Much We Needed

Our first hot tub purchase for our new house and couldn’t have chosen a better hot tub. My husband and I use it every night and sleep like babies every night now. I have arthritis throughout my body and this truly is the best “treatment.” Thank you, Caldera Spas for making this affordable, but powerful, model!
